【重磅】南岸Brossard公布“新市中心”规划细节！居民：怎么选这么个地儿？

 

12月6日，蒙特利尔南岸Brossard市政府公布了一个“全新的，宏伟的”计划：在Panama轻轨站附近建立一个全新的“市中心”，这个市中心“将会是一个充满活力，创新和吸引力的地方”。

Brossard市市长Doreen Assaad说：“这是一个雄心勃勃的创新项目，它将使Brossard市成为可持续发展的，具有包容性和创造力的前沿城市。”

新市中心的中心点，将是主干道Taschereau和10号高速公路的交叉处，因此，市中心将与公交系统存在紧密关系，特别是REM Panama站。
除了公交系统，新市中心还将鼓励人们使用其他交通方式，包括为行人和骑自行车的人提供诸多便利。
该项目将在2040年完工。
届时，市中心会有一个中央公园，各种人行步道和自行车道，居民和游客们将能在这里享受各种服务，比如购物、餐饮、休闲和文化活动。
需要说明的是，昨日Brossard市政府宣布的事该市中心的规划细节，而该设计的概念早在2021年便已被人知晓。
该概念一经推出，人们便惊呼起来。质疑者表示，在这里建“市中心”？今后岂不是得堵死！

“是谁非得把未来注定繁华热闹、游人如织的市中心建在这里？没见过谁把市中心堵在自己家门口儿的啊？”
