华人冒充皇家骑警，入室抢劫$1000万元加密货币！

 

​一名BC省华人男子涉嫌冒充警察，闯入列治文一对夫妇的家中，袭击他们并劫走价值1000万元的加密货币，目前他被指控犯有11项刑事罪。
列治文皇家骑警表示，他们对34岁的邢金达（Jin Da Xing，音译）的调查于2022年9月13日开始，此前警方接到入室盗窃报警。

警方表示，包括邢金达在内的多名嫌疑人于周二闯入一对中年夫妇的家中。据加拿大皇家骑警称，所有嫌疑人都携带武器，其中一些人冒充警察。
警方称，嫌疑人袭击、捆绑并扣押了这对夫妇几个小时。嫌疑人逃跑时携带了价值1000万元的加密货币和多件奢侈品。
邢金达现已被指控犯有11项刑事罪，包括破门入室、持武器抢劫、非法禁闭、使用仿制枪支、敲诈勒索、袭击、持有价值超过5,000元的被盗财产、冒充治安官员以及两项袭击警察的罪名。
邢金达目前已被拘留，并计划于12月6日在列治文的省法院出庭。
加拿大皇家骑警表示，这对夫妇受到了严重惊吓，但没有受到生命危险。在调查过程中，警方追回了大部分被盗的加密货币。
BC省法庭记录显示，邢金达曾于2013年被判犯有一项5,000加元以下的欺诈罪，还于2018年被判犯有一项持有假币罪。
