魁省省警：注意！这种情况，没超速也要罚！

魁北克省警SQ提醒司机，如果车速不适应当时的道路或天气条件，即使已经遵守了时速限制，但他们仍然可能会被开罚单。

魁北克省部分地区已经迎来大雪天气，警方有针对性地发布了这一警告。

SQ指出，魁省《公路安全法》第330条规定，当黑暗、浓雾、雨雪导致能见度降低，或道路有积水、结冰以及湿滑时，驾驶员必须主动降低车速。违者将面临最低$60加元的罚款（另加相关费用），并扣2分。

此外，《公路安全法》第281条规定，司机必须清除车辆上的积雪，确保挡风玻璃及所有车窗、前后车灯以及车牌上没有冰雪。违者可能会被处以最低$100加元的罚款（另加相关费用）。

SQ强调，不遵守以上安全规则不仅会增加自身的碰撞风险，还会危及其他道路使用者的安全。

SQ再次提醒车主“必须在12月1日之前安装冬季轮胎，符合标准的轮胎上必须带有‘山脉和雪花’三角标志”，并称“优质的冬胎可将车辆制动距离有效缩短25%”。
