各位爸爸妈妈请注意:

 

今天,9月26日,

加拿大儿科医生协会

在其官网正式发布了立场声明。

 

文中分析了

咖啡因功能饮料

(caffeinated energy drinks,简称CEDs)

和运动饮料(Sports Drinks)

对青少年(18岁以下)的影响

 

 

文中指出:

运动饮料及CEDs

对未满18岁的儿童来说,

是没必要的、

有风险的、

应该限制及不鼓励的。

 

换言之,

除非长期+长时间剧烈运动量,

否则不建议给孩子们喝这两类饮料。

 



BUT……

运动饮料及咖啡因功能饮料

为数众多,销售广泛、变化多端,

广告投入很大,包装鲜艳,

都宣传自己健康、有用,

一不留神,父母就当做好东西给娃买了,

 

还以为能帮助他们

在游泳后、踢球后更好的恢复体力?

 

NO!NO!NO!

儿科医生协会指出要提高警惕、

这些饮料要尽量避免!!!

应避免给孩子们喝的常见运动或功能饮料:

还有它家的G系列

G2系列

 

写着“Power*****“的

 

COSTCO自家品牌kirkland,

也写着大大的Sport

 

 

这种BODY****打头的,

其实不是果汁,属于运动饮料

 

 

困了,累了,也不能给孩子喝红牛

 

 

惊悚的Monster,也是咖啡因的Monster

 

 

多美的配色也不要

 

 

其它类似的,

看起来就很耍酷、

很刺激、

能量满满即视感的……

基本都是咖啡因功能饮料!

 

那么……

碳酸饮料不能喝

运动饮料不能喝

功能饮料不能喝

 

到底给娃喝什么?
