迄今为止,各种体育盛会都在积极地证明着:人类可以“更快、更高、更强”。尽管人类的运动成绩仍在不断地被刷新,但向上提升的空间似乎已所剩无几。这与其他动物比起来,人的身体显得更加低效、笨拙和脆弱。

我们的祖先进化为智族,依靠聪明的大脑求生。我们既能狩猎又会采集,我们成为杂食动物,以独有的方式养儿育女,我们拥有复杂的思维,善于借助各种工具……是的,有了精致的大脑,我们身体的运动性能不那么完美倒也没什么关系。

可是你有没有想过,这6万年,如果人类被迫朝着另一个方向进化的话,换句话讲,就是我们必须依靠运动技能求生,而不再是大脑,那我们的身体又会进化成什么样子呢?

进化和生物力学方面的专家帮助我们推导出了答案,他们针对游泳、自行车、举重和跳高四种运动,勾勒出来这样一付“完美”的身体。

 

游泳选手

别说跟鱼比,即使在哺乳动物中,人类也远算不上游泳能手。尽管人类的双臂灵活有余,双腿力度尚可,四肢的位置结构也有一定优势,但总体效率低下。若要从游泳角度对人的身体进行优化,四肢的尺寸还得再大一些,以及图中所示:

自行车选手

对自行车运动员来说,他们需要降低体重和重心。理想的自行车手身体应该轻盈又强壮,瘦且呈流线型。理论上来讲,应该有一个头盔形状的头和一个紧凑的上身。两腿修长、强壮,要的就是和他们所骑的自行车一样纤细紧凑的结构。

举重选手

肌肉发达、身短精壮是奥运举重运动员的必备体征。手臂的长度和比例也同等重要。肩部要宽,膝盖要前凸,理想的举重型身体要比普通人的身体更壮、更宽、更厚。

跳高选手

跳高选手在过竿时所要做的,就是让自己的重心尽可能地远离地面。因此,完美的跳高运动员身体意味着短小而骨感的上身,修长的双腿。肩与臀的距离尽可能地短,最后以一个扁平的臀连接瘦小的躯干和下肢。
